     Our Dogs

Moorhey Flower of the Valley is a very quiet Bolognese that just loves to sit on your knee and be cuddled and stroked.  She wants everyone who she meets to cuddle her, talk to her and pick her up.  She is very gentle and was a real good mother when she had her puppies.

This is Moorhey Spring Flower and is sister to Moorhey Flower of the Valley. She is very playful and loves the outdoors. She is very inquisitive and enjoys her walks and exploring new places. She won Best Puppy and Reserve Best Bitch Crufts 2011.

Above is Shiarita My Bonnie at Moorhey.

She is always happy and her tail never stops wagging.  She stands on her back legs and shakes her front paws and makes everyone laugh.  She enjoys getting ready for shows and thoroughly enjoys traveling in the car no matter where we go!  She is the mother to Moorhey Flower of the Valley, Moorhey Springflower who both live with us.  Also she is mother to Moorhey Gianna of Donocielo who lives with the Mulligan family and who has done very well in the showring.

This is Emily Van het Balgzand, we call her Aimee.  She came to us from Holland Kennel van het Balgzand and was bred by my friend Carolien Jongejans.  She is a very sweet Bolognese who enjoys lots of cuddles and is devoted to me.  She has been to a few shows and qualified for Crufts 2014.  She is a little nervous in the ring still but she recently gained 3rd place at UK Toy Dog Championship show 2014.

Amor von der Marchenwiese was our first European import.  He came to us from the Marchenwiese Kennel in East Germany.  He soon gained a 1st at Blackpool Championship show just a week after he came to live with us.  He gained 4th place at Crufts in 2010 in PGD.  In 2011 we all went to Dortmund Championship Show in Germany where he gained 1st place in Open Class and received the title VDH Europa Open Winner.
We do not show him now because he did not really enjoy going in the showring.  He loves being outside and particularly likes chasing our cats!!

Above is our International Champion, Predatino Bengi of Moorhey.  He came to us from the Predatino Kennel, Hungary.  He has a kind nature and is very loving.  He enjoys his toys and when we have puppies he is in his element because he loves playing with them and watching out for them.  Indeed he watches out for all our Bolognese and if we have any visiting Bolognese he is the first to play with them.  He enjoys going to shows and has gained Best of Breed at four Championship Shows this past year. Two of his puppies are now enjoying some success in the showring also.

    Lillie & Alfie

Moorhey Jingle Bells (pet name Lillie) and Moorhey Jack Frost (pet name Alfie) owned by the Jevons family in Nottingham.  Beverley their owner went on to tell me that she took the photo and sent it off to a Pet Website. This photo of both of them in the snow, won Pet of the Week on the website and was viewed over 50000 times!!
